Battle of the Books

4th and 5th grade readers - we need you!

Battle of the Books is a reading competition club for 4th and 5th graders. Participants read at least 5 of the 10 books on the official "BOB" reading list. They prepare to answer trivia questions about the unique characters, settings, and events in each of the stories. 

In April, there will be an MCE school battle to determine which of our teams knows the books best! From there, the winning MCE team will compete at the 2024-2025 Adams 12 District Battle, also taking place in April. More details on that to come. Contact Ms. Snider with any questions!
